Designing
William was treated like Zaha Hadid, Richard Rogers and many of the other architects that Stage One have worked with in the past, and was invited to develop the design drawings with NYSA and Stage One to make sure that the finished piece was a true representation of his original idea.

BIKEBAY on the Stray
The story of the BIKEBAY designed by a 10 year old boy really captured the imagination of locals and visitors alike, throughout the Grand Depart weekend.
On the Saturday alone, the Fan Park was visited by 22,000 people, many of who engaged with the BIKEBAY structure itself.
Interactive exhibition
The RIBA Architruck housed an exhibition of all entries.
Inside the Architruck people could have a go at designing their own BIKEBAY on the templates originally given to the primary school children for the competition. Children young and old (from 3 to 62) engaged with this activity.
We then wallpapered the Architruck with over 50 of the drawings from the people who did not want to take theirs home with them.
